LoDo & Coors Field Ball Park Area

Loft living is abundant in the LoDo (Lower Downtown) and Coors Field Ball Park areas. Apartment complexes and individually owned lofts and condos surround these areas in a beautiful harmony of downtown chic with breath taking views and green spaces below.

Confluence Park and the Cherry Creek come together along 15th Street and the downtown REI. Outdoor movies and events occur frequently in this area. A perfect Saturday can be spent walking from your loft or condo to the Starbucks at REI, grabbing your favorite drink and sitting on a great patio or walking over the bridge to sit under a tree and read while occassionally watching kayakers take a stab at the practice runs along the river.

Washington Park

Washington Park (Wash Park to the locals) area has a lot of older growth trees and older styled homes. Most of the homes have been well cared for, or recently brought up to date. The old growth trees provide fresh air so close to the city, and welcomed shade in the hot summers.

This area has become popular with families with younger kids with the enticement of the accessible park nearby. There has been a surge of new restaurants, trendy hang out spots, and a revitalization occuring in this area. Every few weeks there is something new to check out!

Cherry Creek

Housing in this area varies from million dollar estates to beautiful condos. The school district is consistently one of the best in the state.

Cherry Creek is home to countless boutique shops and restaurants, catering to every taste. One of the most fun areas to shop in Denver, if they don't have it here, you don't need it. What's more, there is an exceptional golf and country club here, the Denver Zoo, Denver Botanical Gardens, and City Park are within running, biking, or short driving distance.
